These are the people that ruin it for us I had a car and truck still registered in my name due to the douches not registering it for 2 years past the sales date ... I would get toll tickets out the sent to my home until I figured out how to resolve it

All you have to do is submit the notification online through the link already provided. Takes 30 seconds problem solved. Non issue.

easily go online and delete the vehicle. My mom learned that one after hers was traded in at a big dealership. Point is, there are steps to be taken to avoid this. Its not all on the new buyer.

All you have to do is send in the bill of sale to either HCTRA or the law firm that represents them if bill is sent in for collection. They remove the charges and you no longer owe them.
