I'm back in town and went on a forest run yesterday (go pro video)

Well after a long 28 days off shore, I'm back and here's a video with my new go pro hero3 black from yesterday. I rode up hw149.

Look on Google maps. It' hwy 149 that goes right through the national forest, just west of 45. There are also some routes through the forest on the east side of 45 as well.

Actually i thought it was pretty boring...not any excessive speeds or knee dragging...just a lot of straight lines.

I tend to ride a bit subdued, I kept the speed to within 15 mph of the speed limit and I am still working up my skill level. Mind you I was taking curves mark 30 mph at 65 but I know I wasn't pushing the capabilities of the bike.

That's a good mentality to have ride your own ride.

Neon I'm way to slow

How about a morning ride Friday or Saturday? Lets get going early to beat the heat. I would prefer Friday for less traffic but if everyone is working I can do Saturday.

I would for sure do Saturday. May even do Friday and play hookie from work for the morning. Is Yankee's open on Friday mornings at 10 like they are on the weekends?
