I ride both day and night- Like Noctem said * it matters not to me *

plus my ninjas lights are pretty bright- they light up the road well on normal beam + high beam is just a tad too much at night

Last bikenight we talked about that and someone stated a statistic he saw that a person under 25, riding at night, is 46,000 times more likely to get into a fatal accident. Even if you aren't drinking and speeding, someone else might ...

I think the safest is Sunday mornings at 7 am. You got great visibility and traffic is at a minimum.
