After Eric's Srvice Today

I came home and watched the DVD at least 6 times. I sat with my wife and daughter and her boyfriend who I met for the 1st time and bragged about Eric and the things he could do. I told them about the times I went on the rides to the beach and the stunts he could do. Today was such a hard day, In my mind I just wanted im to get up with all his gear on and lets it the streets! I'll never know him as well as some of you, but He Always had and Always will have my RESPECT.

I didnt get the DVD but I am with you on that thought. I really want to open my heart, so to speak, to each and every one of the riders I meet from now on. This MotoHouston extended family I am a part of has shown time after time that there is a deep love and camaradre that runs in our hearts. I recognized a few of you guys at the track and wished I had gotten around to meet and greet each one of you to put a face to the names that I see here on the forum. I consider all of you my friends. I was touched down to the bone when I wlked through the funeral home and saw howmany people loved Roman and I'm sure there are many more that couldnt be there in person but was there in spirit to show support for the family of Eric.
MotoHouston is a truly unique entity that is the vessel thru which we all can connect to each other. Props to the peeps who share their love of this dangerous sport we love, here on this forum. And to the leaders of this ride I give my respect for your stewardship of the ride to the funeral home. I couldnt have done as great a job as you did.
I think Roman was there with us at the track and with us as we rode in his honor.
I pray for you and your family Eric, and for all of us riders who carry on.

Just my .02

ps. everyone who I met and saw, I was riding the green Kawa ZX9R with the full leathers on.

Joel

I think Roman would have been smiling the whole day, and talking mess of course. I want to thank each and every one of you guys for caring enough to show up, say a prayer, or just think about him and his family today.

We love you Eric!

For those that believe, many others were saying that his spirit was definitely at the track today. Buck mentioned that every time that someone purchase something at the shop with there card it would bring up Eric's Name. Believe it or not....

If you saw the one(dvd) that was played at the service that's the one I bought. I'll do my best to upload it, asap but it was being sold to help the family cover the cost they have to pay for Eric's services so I just don't want to be disrespectful. Ya know? I never have loaded anything on you tube before so I may need some help, when the time is right. My wife said he was a cutie growing up and his Family looked like they were very close. She wanted me to pass on to all you MOM's To have a Happy Mothers Day and she as well as I will be saying a special Prayer for Eric's mom!!
Peace + Love to all of you.......

That was very touching when I saw my pic with him on there. I just couldn't help tearing up at the service. He will be missed. Such a nice guy that have to leave so soon..
