So it was two nails and just plugged both holes. Going to keep it slow for a few hundred miles to see how it holds up.

i ran a rear tire that caught three nails at one time. the three holes required a combined total of ten plugs to fill the holes. the holes required 5,3 and 2 plugs to get them to stop leaking. I ran it like that for the life of the tire and only had to replug the largest hole one time, due to losing a little air. I kept my speeds limited to 100 MPH.
