Melgamma from here, we sold him our last bike

He has that ZRX for sale

Thing is, cam/jug/piston/tune box = $400, pretty reasonable IMO

Why did you chose this over the finbro? You going to run race has or octane booster?

Nice! Is the oil pump required or just for peace of mind? Let us know how the tuning process goes. I wouldn't mind more hp down the road but I don't want make it a pain in the money pit which I have a tendency to do sometimes.

Price probably. This one is $400 compared to $899 for the Finbro that makes 1hp more.

$ , can't beat $400

Granted the finbro has a head, but at $500 more

Hard racing sells the takegawa kit BUT piston/jug/cam only for $470

Add the tuner and it's getting up there

Japan.Webike.net

Jp racing does head work for like $200

I got the high octane piston, 1gal at a time, I don't care, lol

What was/is everyones top speed on stock GROM's? I hit 58, not tucked. 230lbs with gear on.

That 400$ BB is looking good. Only thing that worries me is how good the fuel controller will be.

So many variables for top speed on these bikes

Grade
Wind direction/speed
Traffic

I was doing 60 on i10 w/ no traffic around and a cross wind

I can go faster w traffic around as the other cars break up the wind

The controller is no pc5 or bazzaz, but it's a complete kit from a reputable manufacturer who designed the whole kit and parameters

63-67 depending on the variables. Exaust, intake, pc5, and 36tooth.

Is your speedo recalculated for the sprocket?

My 58 was no wind, open road. If I catch a car and draft I have hit 68/69.

I'm going to keep an eye on your kit to see how you like it.
