that's a total
don't try and repair to pre wreck conditions
too much time, effort and money :BangHead:
like someone said earlier, better to make it a track or stunt bike

subframe, rear fender, front and back wheel with the front discs, upper fairing bracket, im willing to bet the forks are bent, swingarm is probably bent if not has a huge dent, id get it checked to make sure its straight, and some other misc. stuff. oh and i would definitly get that frame checked out. the 04 05s didnt really brake to often but they do bend

oh and im glad you are healing up, cuz that looked like a nasty crash

Time to cash in the piggy bank and get a leather jacket. Joe Rocket mesh wearer here.

Glad to see your not seriously hurt first of all! As far as the bike goes I personally don't have the time/patience to piece one that damaged back together. If you replace the parts from Ebay purchases you gotta figure alot of time for bidding as well. This repair would be a long process going that route. Everyone's opinion or situation is different. Me...I'd either sell it/part it/track or stunt it.... After healing I'd just buy another one when possible .... Just my $.02

Victor,
Glad you were'nt not more seriously injured.

Mesh works well in a lot of situations, but I am NO FAN of Icon gear, your pics back up what I've seen / known about Icon gear.

As far as your foot injuries, I hope everyone read that your shoes "came off" during the wreck. I HIGHLY recommend good quality boots.

Lastly, the bike looks pretty rough, I'm not sure I'd recommend repairing it.

It makes NO difference where your finances stand or the condition of your bike. The ONLY important thing is: You are a little banged up but all in all OK.
Now for the bike: Suzukis are good bikes to ride but don't crash well - I'd look for another one - looks pretty rough to me. Glad you are OK!
