there is always that chance, but just try to minimize the chances and the consequences of the accident if/when it happens

The best way to minimize that chance... Is go to a drag strip go as fast as you can... People there would all watch you get hurt..... they do it frequently there ... And usually people like seeing crashes there.

perhaps, but there are times, however few and far between, that you could get the same conditions on a public road. have you ever seen a road that is straight as far as you can see with no oncoming cars and no driveways or roads...

"true, but on a road barren enough that would allow you to do a high speed run on... what are the odds that a small kid would come upon the scene as the accident occured?"

Let me ask, what is it that motivates you to continiously attempt to push the (retarded) 'validity' of using a public road for stunting/speed test.

Just plain too lazy, stupid, cheap to find/locate a more appropiate area?
...or just some bizarre subconcious obession with the pos 'BikerBoyz' movie?

Let's make it real simple... it's illegal. No matter what you do, there is the chance of something happening involving circumstances/situations beyond your control with the pontential for negative impact/effect on outside parties.

you guys are killing me....I have been on multiple roads multiple times with multiple members from this board where we hit triple digits on backroads that were not the safest conditions, etc. We have all done it....some will continue to do it, some will not.....publicly posting about it on a public forum is not smart, especially with recent events. WE ALL ride motorcycles and I KNOW for a FACT that we do not all abide by the laws set forth in front of us. We ride motorcycles....it is dangerous...period. There is ALWAYS a chance in everything we do....playing b-ball (personal injury), driving (car accident), etc. If you didn't take chances in life your life would be boring. I'm out floks. have a great day

And I have admitted that I have done stupid before... Was trying to explain that there is no way to do this safely on the street... there are always risks envoled that will affect other people

i agree with you here, you can't even ride 55 "safely" on the streets, there are risks, we just try to minimize those

yeah, there's always that chance whether you are doing 70 or 170 though, but at 170 you may be further from the road so they may not see you
