Once while driving 59 in my work truck I had to swerve to try to miss a
2x12x6, unfortunately I clipped the board and unknowingly made it fly into the air striking a trucks windshield that was 2 lanes over. I found out only because this guy started chasing me. The police said I wasn't at fault so this guy had to replace his windshield on his own. I hate to imagine if it would have been a biker that it had hit. I would have taken him right off his bike. This sucks, there is so much trash out there.

good find, can't the police pull you over for not securing your load? if so, they need to do that more often.

, same thing happened to me...
When I was in my old car on the Westpark Tollway, I was driving behind this diesel truck and he drove over a piece of wood. It ended up hitting my hood, but if I was a little closer it would have done through my windshield. That was so scary.

Yep... I have had some fly at my new car... That me off.

And no, we're not invincible, but it's a shame that these 18wheelers aren't more careful with replacing tires and loading their cargo right. Those mofkr shouldn't be speeding either.

I think I am remembering this correctly...on our way to Lake Jackson one day, Noctem and I were on the beltway when a shoe flew into the windshield on the FZ1 and took it off. THAT was scary.

On wednesday after we left Eric's moms house, me and his good friend Erik went to StarBucks to settle down. When leaving we took 610 feeder to 59N and low and behold, there was a white after market bumper that came off of some "Fast/Furious Car Kit" laying right in between the lanes. I started crying when I saw it, had I got over 3 feet earlier I woulda hit it.

that mother fuking bumper almost took me out too!!! when i was leaving pp1 to go home!!!

another incident going i-10west in the hov lane. the car in front of me ran over a blown out tire sending it from the left to the right of the hov lane. if i was 1 car length away.. it would've made me go down in the hov with 5 other cars behind me.

glad they made a showing of it on live tv so every one can see how dangerous it really is. DON"T MESS WITH TEXAS. when ill people ever learn.

i had a object not sure what it was when it hit me , hit me around my temple and break the latch that holds the face shield and then the wind ripped it right off. some how the car behind me had there window open and it flew inside of them. we both stopped and after i stopped being dizzy went about my way. this was like a month ago. i think it came from the other side of the freeway.
