Can someone help me determine the value of this chopper?

Craigslist: 2006 HD Road King Chopper W/ Blue Title http://houston.craigslist.org/bar/4538022592.html

The bike sparks my interest but I have no idea of the value. The guy says it's a total custom frame one off build. He thinks he could get 13 to 14k for the bike but I'm clueless

I'd say $6-$10k would be a good ball park, but I'm no expert in this category. I'd say it's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it. Make him an offer, but I wouldn't pay over $9k.

I would not give him $50.

No knobbies, looks like it cannot take a turn worth a and not set up for track.

would not hit, and guilty as

The Custom Chopper craze is over, I'll go with Patrick on this one 7K sounds about right. If its a total custom one off build then why is he calling it a HD Road King?

Choppers were an over inflated market like 5-8 years ago. That thing is 6-10k at best.

Looks to be to correct size for a battery. This bike looks pieced together.

WHATEVER its purpose, including the lunch box carrier idea, it looks like an afterthought and one that sticks out like a sore thumb. OP, we're trying to tell you to move away from this one off custom chopper.
