Ice House, Bars and Food

Any of you guys got a recommendation for a cruiser type joint to stop an grab a drink at during the week? Maybe a place with some pool tables and comfort food. Curious to see where u guys recommend, can be any part of Houston.

Twin Peaks is very comfy, I know, not exactly an ice house but the view is good

Personal opinion here and I know you didn't ask for it, but I don't think bikes and beer are ever a good combination.

I also agree that Twin Peaks and Bone Daddy's are both places with nice scenery to look at.

I am only familiar with some Ice Houses in the West/North West area. All of them biker friendly.

- Big John's Ice House
- The Dam
- Lone Star Ice House
- Jimbo's Ice House (Hockley, TX).
- Thirsty Parrot (Monaville, TX)

thanks guys so far ive gotten to check out the west alabama ice house was pretty cool. next on my list is the dam ice house.

twin peaks is cool for the scenery an food but i like to avoid large crowds. an the only times ive been there it was super packed and not my type of place. dont get me wrong the ladies are sexy but that place really isnt on my list.

I agree but is not very motorcycle friendly regarding the parking and there's always a big crowd. "The Dam Ice House" and "The County Line" are more biker friendly than West Alabama Ice House.

I used to frequent west Alabama because it was cheap and close to my house. Other than that I can't see the appeal of going there, it's pretty much a dump - and I even LIKE dive bars. There's just nothing special about the WAI

The Lodge Texas Tavern in Stafford, tons of taps, great staff, decent prices, huge bay doors that open to the parking lot.
