I'm so struck with grief right now I can't even start. I saw u last night while pulling into pp1 but u were already on your moto backing out for that fateful ride. I hate i didn't MAKE a chance 2 speak 2 u b4 u left, but I'm thankful the last time I saw u alive was while u were doing something u ABSOLUTELY loved. Man u were a moto :notworthy on that bike, nothing u couldn't do, and I loved watching every minute of it!!

U and I became very close personal friends after u took me all the way 2 Austin 2 pick up my new bike. Out of all my "close" friends, U were the only 1 willing 2 take me 2 get my bike, even though u barely knew me a week. I am just heart broken right now that our stubborness 2 say who was wrong in a trivial argument, allowed 1 moment of ur friendship to be taken from me. I took that true friendship for granted, and I will never forgive myself for that.

I know I failed 2 mention a lot 2 u when u were here, but u were a hero 2 me in life. U were someone I could only aspire 2 be, as far as ur love for riding, motivation and dedication 2 building a better rider outta me , appreciation of the true friendship we had, LOVE FOR LIFE, and eagerness to please your family and those of us close 2 u.

It was a blessing 2 have known u even for a minute, and I am truly a better person for knowing u. U WILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I'LL MISS U and how much I LOVED U!!!!! I know it counts for u when it's said THE GOOD DIE YOUNG, because out of all the human in u, U WERE A GOOD PERSON.

I really don't know what else 2 say, other than I know U ARE NOW BURNING RUBBER AROUND 'S SUPER MOTO GP TRACK (and of course u have the fastest time :icon_bigg ) and I'm glad that I have an angel up there watching over me when I ride.

I LOVE U ERIC and WILL MISS U DEEPLY!!!! MY PRAYERS ARE WITH UR FAMILY THAT THEY MAY FIND PEACE IN THESE TROUBLED WATERS.

LORD, HEAR OUR PRAYERS; IN YOUR MERCY, BRING US TO YOUR PLACE OF PEACE AND LIGHT THE SOUL OF YOUR SERVANT ERIC ROMAN, WHOM YOU HAVE SUMMONED FROMT HIS WORLD. CALL HIM TO BE NUMBERED IN THE FELLOWSHIP OF YOUR SAINTS. WE ASK THIS THROUGH CHRIST OUR LORD. AMEN
Eric, Eric, Eric, or shall I say "The Great Donkey " :laughing6 (as u would call urself cause I refused to) today is just day 2!! To go by the house yesterday and see the pain in Puppet and your parents eyes was gutt wrenching. Sitting in your room and looking at everything, I couldnt catch my breath nor could I stop my heart from pounding outta my chest it seemed, but I couldn't loose the control I did on Wednesday b/c I knew ur family needed the strength.

I continue to see such an outpouring of respect and love for u. Everyone loved u so much, it is truly an honor to have known u dude, I can't say that enough. Without u I wouldn't be the rider I am (faster than some of the
d!ck$, I luv it). It was your confindence in me that surmounted my lack of it! I really wanna give this $h!t up, but I just keep hearing ur voice "get on ur
$h!t, woman, let's ride"!!!

I'm so gonna miss u and that obnoxious smile!

Ok yall apparently the arrangement is out since they need help with a proper burial.. I know some people are strapped for cash but if all of us just help throw in 15-20 dollars that would be sooo helpful. I know there will be a donation box out at MSRH.

If you can not make it out there please send funds to I ridersfund@motohouston.com If you would like to donate threw paypal. We have pulled together in the past and shown what a true family we are... Well now part of our family needs help. It doesn't matter if its 5.00 or more anything will help.

And the address in the thread was wrong it should be:

Compean Funeral Home
(713) 924-6900
507 Broadway St, Houston, TX

In case you missed it, the number to call and report hazordous things like this is:

713-802-5000

or you can still call 911, but you know how that goes sometimes.
i missed this post, thanks for the number i've gone past some pretty huge objects on the road and wondered who to call.

Eric was a great customer of AJ's. He knew everyone there. Sadly he will be missed by many people. Thats what happens when the good die young. Its tragic that it happened.
Eric - you will be missed.
