Sad. I don't know if I ever met him but he sounds like a very nice guy.

I remember seeing his posts a lot. I just looked up this one that he posted in the RIP Bryan thread. So sad.

you can not have both
So true. Unfortunate circumstances.

I do remember though that he once posted he only has trackbikes now? So sad. RIP Roman.

Eric was a great person indeed, a very skilled rider. Eric used to make our rides fun with his ability to ride, his stunts and his idiosyncrasies in general had us laughing all the time. I hadn't seen him in several months now, but I still had him in my thoughts . . . Just one of those great friends.I am still stunned only learing about this a few hours ago and only wish I had seen him more recently.

Eric I will miss you and many others whos lived you've touched. You will not be forgotten.

Father in heaven, we pray for Eric and ask that you find him a great home in heaven. Thanks for allowing us the privilege of knowing someone so thoughtful and unique. We ask that you touch Eric's friends and family and comfort them during this time. Let thy Will be done. Amen.

Fellow riders, if you see something in the road which may cause harm to other riders, make it a point to remove it (if safely possible) or report it somehow. We need to look out for each other.

+1...if you see debris on the road, wouldn't hurt to take a few seconds to do something about it...

Sorry to say it was completely avoidable, if he was in fact doing 100-140 around 610.

And I feel just like the cop probably did; getting real tired of picking up pieces of people and bikes off the streets.

HE WASNT DOING NO WERE NEAR THAT AND THE 4x4 BOARD WAS ALMOST 8FT LONG, IT TOOK UP THE ENTIRE WIDTH OF HIS LANE, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CURVE! NOT AVOIDABLE, BY ANY MEANS IF IT WAS, ROMAN WAS DEFINATELY CAPABLE OF DOING SO!

No one can prove whether he was speeding or not. I am not taking anyone's side but the cop didn't show no respect for his family and friends that was there.

Sorry guys. I just had to vent.

ABSOLUTELY NONE, When the investigating cop pulled up he said, less than 2 ft away from me, "another crotch rocket death, I did 1 last week, they'll never phuckin' learn" I got in a spouting match with him by saying "show some phuckin respect that's family up there u talkin' about" he tried to say some smart a$$ t back and I just told him " u show some respect"

He tried to apologize for his "crasp attitude" basing it on him "dealing with this all the time", phuckin .

RIP RIP RIP - guys please be careful out there. Even though we don't all get along all of the time and maybe some people on here don't like me - each and everyone of you have a little place in my heart and i do NOT want to read about anymore of this $hit on here. You may be an awesome rider and whatnot - but like this you can't foresee so just be sure to be aware of your surroundings, and like that taught you in MSF, always look AHEAD of you
