yamaha fz 09

Who in the here in houston has a yamaha fz 09 that i can see in person and hear the engine and hopefully test ride around the block with a $2k deposit in your hand of course, I have called 5 yammy dealers and everyone of them tells me they dont have any in stock and they cant keep them for long because they are gone as soon as they arrive

Mancuso told me they are giving test rides on bikes as they are available.

I asked if sport bikes were included (675r, 899, etc..)
They said 'yes'.

So, there's that.

I just got ahold of blake and he said once he gets back to work he will let me know so i can go up there and chekc out the one they have.

You'll hate the throttle and suspension and the clutch and the brakes and the display but the rest is cool..

That and I really like the looks, just preforms like a and twitchy on off throttle. The difference between rain and sport mode is how twitchy the throttle is.lol

The suspension is mush, the Yamaha dealer on 1960 has a black one with blue wheels. I just left there 30 min ago,

I weigh 165 and it was mush for anything above a street cruise. Check the fz09 forum, i think it's the biggest complaint of current owners. I was considering one too until i rode it.
