If he was taking medication he might have been messed up with just the one beer too. Not saying it's a good excuse but meds and drinks can have unexpected results. There's a reason the doc tells you not to mix the two. That being said I'd still call the cops on him. He didn't hurt anyone THIS time, which is fortunate.

Bad karma, i can't tell if you're being serious, or just getting a fun laugh in. Bad karma is the least of your worries if you let someone drive off and they kill your kid.

I drove a wrecker for awhile. Seen my fair share too. Beat the cops n meat truck to the scene on occasion. Seen kids get ejected n laying there dead. Sad stuff.
