pics...but yeah on most of our group rides you have to have the minimum in gear helmet, gloves and a jacket but pefer boots and all leathers.

I think group riding depends on comfort and confidence. If i was running with a group and felt uneasy, like they were being squidly, I would probably bug out or at least drop back a good ways.
Its scary enough out there dealing with cagers, I dont need to be worrying about other bikers too.
Riding without gear and at those speeds is their choice, but Im not going to let them take me out.

I don't understand why anyone would ride 150 mph on Houston streets at nite. This is not at you Jimmy but the guys at Starbucks. Houston sucks, Houston streets suck, and Houston drivers suck. Nothin like working on your chicken strips on a fri nite i guess.

150 WAS ACTUALLY KINDA SLOW FOR THAT CREW (I can't remember if I was out last thursday). I've hit 176 easily attempting to keep their pace!

But you did the right thing. Lately if i'm not feeling it, I slow down and just ride my own ride or chunk em da duece & take it to the house.
