Rider in front didn't even vary his line. Rider in back is responsible for making a safe pass. Sucks though. Looked like the crasher may have showing off a bit.

Really sucks for the camera man!!

I believe from the story I read that there was a red flag, the rider in front slowed down because of it but did not put a hand up to signal.
