Also check to see how old the tires are. There is a 4 digit number on the wall of the tire which tells you the week of the year it was made. There are lots of tires out there that looks new with plenty rubber but it could be too old and and the rubber gets hard with little grip even for level 1.

I think the point of this thread is call john at SCRC with number posted. I'm sure the tire is fine just figure out the right pressure and the age. Then have fun and listen to your instructors.

Don't adjust the suspension yourself. Someone (Roger or Brandon) will do it for $35-50 at the track. It is the best money you can spend

I flip my corsas all the time. The only thing that's directional about them is the water channeling (and corsas suck even in the right direction), and I doubt you'll be running in the wet...

With all due respect to everyone trying to help out (looks like the smart alecks' post have been deleted), ask John at SCRC. If you run a different brand of tire later, then ask that vendor.

Everyone has an opinion, the best opinion is from the tire vendor. They know much more than all us knuckleheads.

Where did you get your information? 29 in the front is wrong.

OP,

As mentioned by a couple others... Call John with South Central Race Center and ask him for his input on ANY Pirelli tire you have. He will gladly answer any and all the questions you have.

Just a tip: Be cautious of the forums when asking for advice-wide range of comments and BS answers you will receive, as you did in this thread.
