Suspension changes for riding two up?

I have heard of people crankin up their preload and messin with dampening to compensate for added weight of riding with a passenger. Does anyone have any advice to give me for this?

I guess some of those hand preload adjusters would be good. Anything that can be done/added to the rear to make for an easy, tool free adjustment if someone wants a ride (with a helmet of course, gf keeps her lid at her house)

Unless you are going to do a 2 up race I don't see how it would matter much if you have your suspension already setup but if you pull out your tool kit and use the spanner to add a turn to the preload that would only take about 2 minutes of your time.
