yes, its a 9,000 rpm. billet filled 20hp, 14:1 compression, 110 blue fuel drinking with a manual clutch set up. I built everything basically so I could take advantage of the clutch and lots of rpm's.

if your in the stock carb class, you oughta bore the carb and such.
I run a mikuni and my head is fully worked with stainless valves etc etc, flows big air, it has a .310 lift cam, big honda piston, Arc rod, blah blah blah
I think I have some cheater springs and other for your class around here somewhere

I build like this, just because I am bored and I can. That and I'm too cheap to spend 10G's on a side by side, so I made my own with a GSXR motor, now I just need to finish it.

This is one of the current projects that I have running through the shop. Although I didn't machine or assemble it, I did engineer it, so it is still mine.

I just got bored one day and decided to build one, frame is made out of 1.5'x 11ga square tubing, miter cut and gusseted. Frame and rollign chassis with motor weighs in at about 650 pounds.

Front a arms are made from 1.25 X 11 ga round tube, with 3/4" heim joints. As well as the rear.

Hubs and spindles are stock polaris units, as well as polaris brakes in the front, with stock polaris wheels. rear axles is a 1-1/4" hollow chrome moly, adapted with polaris CV joints, an 8" brake motor on the live axle portion with another wilwood brake caliper.

Using a Wilwood brake master cylinder, and the modified polaris brake and throttle pedal assembly.

Running a 13 tooth front sprocket with a 65 tooth rear sprocket gets me about a 5.1 reduction running 25" tires. Should have plenty of torque and top out around 85MPH.

Made the shifter from scratch,

Honda Civic 2 core radiator with electric fan.

Contemplating putting the fuel tank right behind the seats on the floor, should yield about 9 gallons and keep the center of gravity pretty low.

I am using the stock GSXR wiring harness, with pump and gauges.

If you break a hub/spindle, you can grab one off of ebay for less than 35.00
