New Mikuni VM36-4 Jetting Problems

I have an 07 Suzuki Savage (S40) and I've done a few mods, but really aside from trying to make this into a Cafe looking bike haven't done much engine work, though I switched my crappy stock exhaust for a Harley Dyna exhaust which is a big upgrade for my bike. Regardless, I just purchased a Mikuni VM36-4 carb with a UFO (Ultimate Flow Optimizer, from Thunder Products), and with the UFO it makes the airflow much less turbulent and it's recommended to half the pilot jet with this mod so that would be a 17.5. I ordered a while combination of jets from someone on the Suzuki savage forums and he said people usually end up with a 17.5 pilot and around a 190 main, depending on elevation, etc... Anyways, I'm down to my lowest in each, I have a 15 pilot running and a 170 main and am still shooting black smoke out. I really need my bike to get properly jetted and soon so I'm looking for a few answers here.

Where can I go to get jets in Houston without having to wait a week to have them shipped here? (I live in Montrose right next to downtown so the closer the better.)

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do or any way to help me out? Many people in my other forum don't live in our wonderfully hot and humid, sea-level paradise haha... So they all jet differently. Beer and pizza included lol.

My bike is my only transportation so I really need it running right ASAP.

Thanks guys!

Uriah

Not trying to sound like an but I would call around to all the local Suzuki shops. Maybe one of them has what you need in stock, if not then I'd say the internet and overnight shipping would be your best bet.
Or my usual answer. ..
Call Patrick at motorcycles unlimited, forum sponsor and all around great guy. If he doesn't have what you need maybe he can steer you in the right direction.

Thanks, that's actually right down the street from me, I'll give him a call tomorrow.

Any idea what it'd run just to have a shop jet it for me?
