Really sorry about the delay on that. I have yet to be home for any extended period of time since the track day. I am helping my GF move to her new place and have been staying at her place every night.

I will have to see about getting a couple made for the bike if you don't mind. :icon_bigg

Looks pretty good, it's like yall suggested to me, but the one with the flag you created I think would look pimp-o-licious printed on the clear sticker material!

Fer sher though, let me know how much it costs and I may go ahead and buy a bunch of those for give-aways and for my supported riders. 'Specially if they are cheaper than my guy quoted me!
Well whatever.. I just want to make sure I get some on there to show my support.

definately if i don't melt all the plastic to my hands and end up in the ER...that would be about par for the course. otherwise, maybe i can get good and become MH's premier plastic welder. ya right.

well i tack welded my lowers together...i am surprised at how strong it is now...anyhow, i still am going to go back and weld the entire seam later on today, and then i am gonna put one strip of glass just for my own confidence. pics later on.

i really think i need a bigger air compressor because it didn't shut off once....

oh, and i got that cheap-o harbor freight one. seemed to have worked well.

Here are those pics of my plastic welds...not the prettiest thing in the world, but two pieces of plastic are definately now one. I decided not to use any fiberglass to reinforce it, if I break them, I'll just re-weld them.

Looks like you finished the job you started on the day of the BBQ huh? Yeah welds are strong, but they may make the plastic more brittle. Good luck with paint now.
