Rider got rearended, but he's okay!

I found out Saturday before we left Sams that a friend of mine from church was rearended on the 45 North onramp @ Bay Area Blvd. He rides a large cruiser ( make/model escapes me, but its not a Harley ) and was slowing for traffic when he was hit by a truck ( not semi ) He said that all he remembered was squalling tires, then he was down with the bike and truck pinning his ankle down.

4 people stopped and helped get the totalled bike off of him. Aside from a swollen ankle, and a few light scratches, he's fine. He's also one of the few cruiser riders who wear their gear.

was with him Saturday morning, and with us as well. His accident could have been much worse, and save the near miss with the ford truck we made it through the day with no incidents.

Prayer works,

Britt
