I wasn't there, a good friend of mine was. And Harris Co. has the center cap, so they can match it when they pay him a visit.

What's PP1 and what's a center cap?

Anyway, hope you git him. He needs to do time.

PP1 is the Starbucks on Post Oak where everyone meets on Wed. nights. And the center cap is the piece of the wheel that sits inside of the lug nut pattern. It's the spinner looking thing on the attached wheel. My bike took his off.

Ahhhh -- ok. Hopefully a cap is subtle enough where the guy won't notice or care, then the cops will nail him.

GOOD NEWS! I just got a call from a Sheriff's deputy stating that they have the guy. He apparently admitted to the whole thing! I don't know all of the details yet as they were booking him at the time. The deputy will be coming by shortly to drop off his insurance information so I'll have more after that. He asked if I wanted, the DA has already agreed to press charges of aggravated assault. Phhh, "BOOK HIM DANNO!"

I know the legal system is slow, but having dealt with lawyers and the bullshit that comes with lawsuits (not criminal) keeping everything quiet helps. These bastards will read your facebook, forum posts, etc.

Glad you found the guy and hopefully his insurance will take care of everything. When its all said and done would love to hear the story ... just hope its swift justice since he confessed.

His confession got him. He could have just as easily said I don't know what you're talking about. Good to hear
