that was like a demo ride day for me. 5 bikes. Everyone made it home okay. One bike with a little dirt and a spongy front brake. And plastics..

I'm still trying to figure out who the was the leader in the ironman....I swear we rode over 10 miles at a 20-40mph pace and never caught up...I was so close to grabbing a bottle of water and a banana! Gixxer down, rider is ok but bike needs a few bandaids and zipties.

Was thinking the exact same thing whole time! Leader must of been beasting that thing, and the water was very refreshing, I just had to grab a bottle

Nice riding with everyone and meeting new faces, glad I got to come out its not often I can!

How noob? I have a friend who this might be his first ride in a group so I just don't want everyone to speed off and its just me and him lostnin the woods lol. Another question, would this be a good ride for a 2 up because I've been wanting to just ride with my girl but I don't want to hit twisties with her on the back lol.

For sure. I've been reading up on mods for the Ape. Apparently bogs down when the flapper is removed or disengaged. Common mod to get the roar out. I'm tempted because that is some sweet symphony on the V4 powerplant.

Ride your own ride. ANY of the ride leaders, BORC or SDRC will be glad to wait despite of what BORC says. Deep down, (and I mean really deep down) they are a great group of people. Just don't get scared when they outside you lol.

Was actually debating on riding moderate with you guys until it was changed to "spirited". Then I think I puckered up and went SDRC mode. Did we see you guys on a corner flyby or were you the group waiting to turn?

It was us both time, first waiting at a stop sign of 362 when you guys went by and then on 2979 flying by in between all those bicycles...
But as you mentioned , we are a great tight group of guys and we wait for everyone .... You should come along sometimes...

I will. Lucar said he'll baby sit. kekeke. I waved while on the yellow beast. =P I lost a red lighttech frame slider somewhere. I think it got rattled out by the V4.
