Stranded motorcyclist BW8 NB lanes near Spencer in Pasadena

Black sport bike parked on shoulder, rider carrying bike chain in his hand walking down shoulder. I'm headed to a priority call to get a pipeline back up and running or I would've stopped to help. Looks like he needs at least a master link and a chain tool. I can assist as soon as I can get this pipeline flowing crude oil again. I'll keep an eye on this thread...
