Bob Lunsford is a very unsavory dealership. Stay away unless you want your credit card charged for things you didn't buy. The sales staff are like vultures and are rude. Just my opinion so don't go getting hurt anyone.

Is this DFW Honda with the $9990 deal on the 1000rr?
If so, I was there this past weekend and they powder coated the rims on the 1000rr's.

Two red models had gold and fluorescent rims respectively while the black model had 'anti-freeze green'.

All of them were priced above the $9990 internet advertised price.

Perhaps they are having you pay for their "upgrade"?

BTW, i really liked the black with green rims and will look at doing that on my fz6r. Really looks great in person.

cbr red gold
cbr black green

That never happened. Just ask Honda. $6,000 off just because you have to top it off here and there is still a good deal.

I have to say my experiences were opposite.

I bought 2 brand new Ducati's within a month of each other from them because their prices and service were great. My salesman,Brandon, was awesome and will continue to get my business.

I can't speak for their parts department as I have no experience with them.

Instead of writing up a sale Brandon thought it was okay to shove a burger in his face while I sat in his office. They looked at my appearance and figured I couldn't afford to buy a bike. Little did they know I left and bought my bike from honda of Houston for 1k cheaper that same day. Corky in the service department is an . They did my 600 mile service and forgot to put a bolt back in the valve cover and resulted in oil leaking while on a ride. When I went back to get the problem fixed they said how can I prove it was them. They had just worked on the bike the day prior. The other red head guy in service is always pms'ing he got mad because I had the odasity to bring the bike back and say they caused the problem. Oh and I found a $227 dollar charge on my credit card for a part I never bought. All in all I will never go back there ever again. I'm done with my soapbox.

Yep, the red-headed guy in service is a . He acts like he owes you money and you're there to collect it.

I'm gonna say that if you can get a brand new '12 or '13, from a dealer, for less than 11.5k you are doing well.

$9990 - $10,500 sale price (this would include any bonus bucks or customer cash)
$825 - $875-ish tax
$200-ish for tile, license and paperwork
$310 shipping fee (negotiable?)
$200-ish set up fee (negotiable?)

$11.5k without ship/set up
$12k with ship/set up

source: Google

At $12,000, I'd say there's another $900 on the table...
