Yankee's Food Sucks

Decided to give it another try.

Fiance ordered Hamburger. For a place that got rated so highly, this grey piece of matter fell apart in her hands. Subpar bun from walmart with fixings.

I decided to order the "Ribeye".

They server it cut in half, and it was rubbery with some kind of Worcestershire sauce marinade? It was floppy and chewy as all . More like a Salisbury steak.

So someone here tell me how they think this place is so good? Whataburger does a better job than this shithole.

The food does suck there. You are way better off riding back up to Navasota or Montgomery for food. Way more options and you do not have to see the Harley Poser Shitbirds.

The burgers there are average at best and everything else on the menu sucks!!!

I know someone really well who hates 3090!

You consider yourself a connoisseur of good food....meh....you need to step into the big leagues! Seriously, why eat that slop in the middle of no where. Stop at the Shell station on the corner, take a , and turn back to Navasota and eat. The DQ in Navasota is better than the Yankess slop.

Agreed. I've ridden out to lake conroe and back a few times as a long lunch road trip. I live in Waller and love it.

I stopped there on my way back from TWS (Texas World Speedway). Their brisket was the best I've had in a long time.

dunno, haven't eaten there in several years, but the burger was good last time I was there. I figured it was more about the ride as well.

They are too slow to wait for a burger, if you want to get some food and get out quick get the grilled cheese.

burger bun .15
ground meat $3.70/lbs
fixings and overhead $3.78/burger
Gallon of Gas $3.89
per day insurance cost 3.88
tire cost per mile .09
perday registraion cost, .16

Knowing you beat your buddy up 3090 priceless

Knowing your buddy effectively paid $19.51 for a $3.00 burger he didn't like... also priceless!

If you are expecting 5-Star dining at a remote outpost for Harley guys then you have another thing coming. The ride there is nice and my expectations as far as the food I am going to eat are not very high at all! It's sustenance at best!

Yeah i went for the ride for sure...no way I would drive there. It was more of a "Im sort of hungry and we're in BFE...lets try this again".

My main complaint is everyone saying "Yankees and them good burgers" whenever people mention forests rides.

False Advertising.
