Dainese Warranty Experience

Have any of you guys had dealings with Dainese USA warranty? Had some Dainese Full Metal Ride Smart gloves and had stitching come apart from 3 months of normal riding, and sent them in for warranty since January 4.

Excuse was that the glove was on backorder, but told me the glove would be sent out to my authorized dealer in 2 weeks time (this was over a month ago). Still no response and my dealer says they haven't received or heard anything from Dainese.

It'll be 4 months by tomorrow. I love their products, but the warranty is just pure . Will definitely reconsider purchasing their products in the future. This service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Just a heads up for you folks.

I've never had an issue. sent in a jacket, gloves and another jacket. one for stitching, size and cleaning.. Just keep contacting them. They'll send you a new one if anything.

i had the dianese full metal PRO in 2008 which held up going down twice, just a little scuffed.
Rumor has it, in recent years Dianese outsourced their labor which shows in the quality.
I bought another pair of dianese gauntlets from cycle gear in 2012 which tore at the palms when I went down at MSRH. They were brand new and worn for the first time at the track that day. Since then I do not trust their products. Unless you're spending $700+ on a gear, stay away from their lower end stuff.

Gloves finally came in a few days ago. Gloves feel of a lot different than the ones I first got. Literally night and day comparison. Talk about QC.

I'll keep that in mind, Yamawhore. Thanks for the input.
