IMO not 140mph perhaps 140kph which would equate to 86-87mph. Could there be a possibility that the vehicle was going really slow on the freeway? I've run into (not literally) quite a few vehicles doing 45mph on freeway.

Mine fell off the suction cup at 45mph, but didn't record. Supposedly the micro card adapters aren't always tight enough for the file to save before getting jogged loose.

I like how the poster disabled comments. The wind noise is significantly higher at those speeds on the gopro and the bike isn't even screaming. I highly doubt it was anywhere near the 140mph mark as well.

from Reddit the guy driving the car said he was doing 60 mph when the bike hit him. In the video it looked like he was at a dead stop

I love my Icon jacket, and I doubt I fit any of the perceived stereotypes...

...but up until about this last year, I always assumed Icon gear was more for posing points than actual protection. Some of my favorite gear is made by Icon.
