That sucks so much. That's a NICE jacket too. I'd never leave a jacket on my bike, no matter how close I am. Nor a helmet.

Awww man that sucks. I would be furious.

Tip for next time, get a small gauge cable and padlock. Run the cable through your sleeve and around a rigid spot on your bike. You can do your helmet too, through the bottom and out the face.

Great opportunity for someone that wants to invest in a start-up business -

The Emperor's New Clothes Invisible Riding Gear.
Our gear is made from discarded high-tech military materials that render it invisible. No more locking your helmet under the trunk. No more carrying your jacket and gloves with you every place you walk. Just leave them sitting on the bike. No one will be tempted to steal what they can't see.

Best part about the cable idea is that when the thieves pull up, jump out of the car, and go to grab your jacket, in their haste to make a quick getaway, all they'll end up doing is making your bike fall over on its side. Imagine their surprise when they see your mirror snap, tank dent, and engine cases scrape. That'll show them!....HAHA.
Oh wait....

Or lockable hard bags...

Check your insurance policy. You may have a clause for accessories, which will likely cover gear.

Well Yea , I use to till that happened .

I'm kinda of person that don't see , or don't wanna see the bad in people . Na´ve I guess

I mean really , a pair of frigging sunglasses that were stuck between wiring and the bars and they spotted that out .

What's the deal ,

there's just POS's that look around for to steal no matter where and when ?

I starting to learn .

Truth. Call me paranoid if you want, but I always take my belongings in. I don't ever see anyone leaving expensive helmets or jackets on their bike. Only the cheapo helmets, which I'm sure no one would steal.

, Costas are expensive. I bought some used and I love them. I've been using the same pair for 5 years now. They survived an impact from a thrown beer bottle, which caused it to fling off my croakies and fly ~20ft and land on the deck.
