STAIND is a double-sided coin. on one side, they are one of the most talented bands ive ever heard. their harmonies, riffs, and all out sound is something to envy. and Aaron Lewis (if youve never heard him live) is one of the best vocalists ive ever heard. ever. but on the OTHER side, they waste their talent on this "pity me, my girl left me, im sorry, ill change, my parents didnt love me" garbage. the lyrical content is the epitome of EMO. anyone ever listen to them when they used to be HARD CORE? Sugar Ray used to be hard core as well, then he turned .

creed was really good with their first album. then it became monotonous. nickel back was BADASS with their first album as well. then went ghey. staind changed their whole genre to sell albums.

I've been getting into house and others like RJD2, J-Dilla, Madlib etc. My usual mix are bands like Aphex Twin, Killswitch Engage, Melt-Banana, The Pillows, Evol Intent, Andy C, Poison the well, Armin Van Buuren, Muse, Glassjaw, Third eye blind, hoobastank, the brilliant green. My ex got me into country, i used to hate it, now i dont mind listening to George Strait.
