STUPID OIL CHANGE !

WELL I REALLY DON'T HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO DO AN OIL CHANGE ON A BIKE:eh: , I'VE DONE IT ON MANY CARS, BUT ON MY BIKE I SEEM TO BE LOST:BangHead: . I NEED HELP !!! I TOOK PICS TO POINT OUT WHAT I THINK IT IS, BUT DONNO HOW TO POST'EM. HELP !

Check which side has the filter, then remove that side of the fairing. Drain bolt is usually at the bottom.

my filter looks different. like it goes into something, its not covered. or goes outside of the bike. how can i put a pic of it?

the ninja 250 has the filter in the bottom. Unscrew the bolt and the filter should slide down(its located inside the motor). you'll have to replace the paper filter and 2 o-rings.

yeah thats what i thought it was but wasn't sure, well and the drain is the one right next to the filter?

The drain bolt is right next to it. Make sure the new filter comes with 2 rubber o-rings.

Its 2 quarts actually my bad. Oil should reach between the 2 lines in your sight glass located on the right side.

it is 2 Lilters which is almost like 2 quarts. I have a ninja 250 and I just done my oil change not too long ago

I dont remove the farrings when i did the oil and filter on my f4i. saves time.
