Finals STRESS

Anyone else having finals stress?

Looking at my posts today, I noticed that the stress of finals has finally gotten to me now. For several days now I am working on a 100-page paper and there is no end to the editing. :BangHead:

The good thing, I am graduating. :icon_bigg Tuesday, it will be all over. YEAH BABY!

congrats....it's a great feeling when it's all done. The only weird part is finding something to do with all time you used to spend in school!

Thanks!

and hehe, true.

I'll enjoy the first couple of weeks but after that, I know from experience, I will want to do something with my brain again. I have about two dozen books that I've ordered and bought over the last couple of years that I may actually enjoy reading now. I also have about five kneehigh stacks of magazines that are just dying to be looked through and tossed but a friend of mine said it took her 5 years to enjoy reading again, I hope it won't be that long for me. Others claimed about 2 years as average.

Sweet, congrats!

What law school are you going to? I had a co-worker of mine graduate from Southern Texas(?) last year and he did his Bar exam that summer and past. That was his biggest worry.

My paper is a final report on a marketing campaign.

Finals? Stress? Uh-huh, uh-huh! I'm coming at it from the other side, but it's a hideous-happy week. :laughing6 I give the last one Wednesday morning, and grades are due on May 11th, so after that I'm FREE! :laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6 :laughing6

A student who hasn't been in class for over a month came in today to ask "what can I do to pass this class?" I told her to enroll in the fall, go to class every day, study hard, and there'd be no reason she couldn't pass. It's amazing how students--who I can only vaguelyremember--show up the week before finals desperate to know "how to pass." :BangHead:

But enough grousing. Major congratulations on nearly completing it all! I wouldn't put much stock in the doom and gloom, took me X number of years to enjoy reading again thing. I think if you enjoy it, you enjoy it and no true bookworm can resist those gilded pages for long. :icon_bigg Of course. . .if anyone ever even mentions Conrad and Heart of Darkness to me again, I won't be responsible for the violence.

Faylaricia, what are you graduating in? Are you undergraduate or post grad??
I got my last final tomorrow and I can't wait... I still have to study like tonight though....

Just think as soon as it is over, you have nothing to worry about except finding a job, etc...

BBA. My major is Marketing and my minor is International Business.
I guess I am lucky, I already have a good job and the company actually paid for my degree.

I have my last Finals (a Presentation) tonight and then I am done. Woohoo. I cannot wait.

Yeah. It is a marketing strategy class and we had a campaign with a real client. Bausch & Lomb. We had to market LASIK to students. The report is the final marketing strategy report with recommendations for a national campaign.
I was able to cut it down some in the end though. :icon_bigg
