He was getting 70 ish miles to a tank on the Tuono....so that was the reason.

I get right at 29-30mpg on mine. Granted mine has a slightly larger fuel tank (4.9), his had a 4.5 gallon tank. Low fuel light might come on at 90 miles, but you still have another gallon to go. The mileage is nothing to write home about, but the ride more than makes up for it.
