Sprockets

Hey, Just had new sprockets and chain put on the bike...the front sprocket now has one extra tooth...what difference does this make in performance....I think i can feel a difference but cant seem to pin point what im feelin...but i do know that I have to almost be going 80mph now to get into six gear and even then im runnin about 4100rpm....just curious

will lower your RPM for a given speed. You are going faster than what your speedo says, going farther than what your odometer says. better gas milages. Loss of acceleration. Increase in top speed if your bike has the power to do so.

Going UP 1 tooth on the countershaft sprocket on your bike will result in a pretty good loss of acceleration. Typically not a mod I recommend on a Falco.

What are recommended chain and sprockets for a 1000cc bike? I was looking at the Tsubaki chains but what kind of sprocket should i get? I want to keep the same stock gearing and chain size.
