Yes, the dual pack is just two of the kits packaged together. Two Receiver modules, and two of the -A0301 mounting kits (I believe).

If you're wanting to play audio over bluetooth from a device that isn't equipped, I believe you'd need module SM10-01. It's a dual stream bluetooth transmitter.

whats up with all the numbers needing this and that?

I want a dual set so I can listen to music if I want to plus talk to the other guys going to fast to be able to telll them to slow the down and quit racing every hot rod that passes us.

The boom mic looks kinda gay, I hope I can use this without the boom mic.

The basic kit comes with a boom mic.

You can buy different cradles that let you use the wired mic or ear buds or both if you so choose.

There is also a kit with both a wired mic and boom mic, but it costs a little more (I think 10-20 dollars)

What I have already bought is a dual pack (with boom mic and speakers) and the cradle that lets you use ear buds and or wired mic and I use both. I put the "stock" cradle that comes with speakers and boom mic on a spare helmet which is why I want an additional base module.

FWIW, the boom mic works best. I use it and have it tucked behind the nose piece on my helmet. You don't even know it's there.

Also, why not the 10R?

Put me down for a single unit please. Revzilla does have them for $157 but it'd be great to help out a local sponsor. The Sena is an awesome system whether you pick the standard one or the slimmer R model.

I need an additional unit for a second helmet, and two sets of something better than the base-model speakers which are worthless. (Ear buds??)
