Glad too hear he'll be ok. That area is notorious for cages pulling out on motorcycles. A pickup truck pulled out in front of me yesterday at Bay Area but I had enough room to slow down. My son got hurt there in '99 when a lady pulled out of Krogers (Albertsons) parking lot ,turning left, right in front of him, he got lucky and only had a compound fracture of his wrist, a puncture wound on his leg and some slight rash, thank for gear. And the Friendswood Police did not even cite her. Good luck and a speedy recovery to your friend.

I wish those cops would give the drivers at least a decent ticket. I hope his insurance can get something good out of it. Maybe then they learn.

I saw the ambulance and some other lights (cops, fire trucks) over there last night when my girl and i went up to hooters to get her truck and come back home. Must have just happened! I didnt see a bike or i would have stopped.

Glad to hear he is ok!

I hope the car got a fat ticket!!

Sorry to hear about his misfortune, but happy to hear that this one didn't end in bad news. Wishing him a speedy recovery, I'm certain he feels the pain this morning.
