CR85 jug on CR125 bottom end

Can anyone tell me if a cr85 jug will fit on a cr125 crankcase. I have a cr125 that needs top end done but it's to much power for my daughter i want to put a cr85 jug on it to have the right size but but less power until she can handle it

I've never heard of anyone trying that out and I feel safe in assuming that it's not going to fit.

I don't think the bore diameters of the cylinder are going to be close at all , but google the specs if both. Put her on a CRf70

I want to ride at the track with me but a 125 is to much power she has been riding a klx125 but the suspension is terrible the cr125 is perfect size and has great suspension just to much power for her Thanks for the info I will measure them both and see if they will fit together

An easier option might be downtuning the 125 so the power and doesn't hit so hard.

I have a cr125 currently just trying to back down the power for my daughter crf150 engine would be nice but very expensive. I have a friend with a ttr125 big wheel that will trade I just think the cr125 is a better bike if I could just get the power down to where it is manageable for her and of course I like to ride it too

what yr cr125 do you have? you could try to put a fender washer in the exhaust thus bringing the power for the bike way down. It what i did for my 7yr old on his kx65
