Sorry to hear that. We stayed at a hotel in San Marcos and I had trouble sleeping the first night thinking about my bike even though I had an alarm disc lock on it and chained it to one of the heavier BMW bikes I was with. Im sorry that happened.

On the road I ALWAYS ask if we can park the bikes up under the edge of the dropoff cover and find out where the cameras are at. I've had good luck with hotel staff checking the camera view and making sure the bikes are well lit.

That's why I mentioned it. From the quick video they showed, the bike wasn't destroyed. It was laying on its left side, but the right side looked good.
