Anybody

Anybody else on this forum rocking a klr 650. I am new to this forum and hoping to find some people to go hit up the trails with or just go for a ride. I live in the Hitchcock area and ride a 2013 klr 650. Have only been riding off-road one or two times so I am still a newb but have been on motorcycles going on 6 years.

Sold my DS/SM a few moths ago but there are a few street legal trail rider guys on the board. Hit up TWTEX, they post a lot of dual sporting rides but mostly up near conroe.

I know I've read about an off-road meet somewhere central, but don't know how often they do it. I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction.

I have one that my son rides, dunno if I would take it off road other than maybe a fire road though.

As Byrdman said, Two Wheeled Texans has a fairly good number of KLR 650 riders. There is a regular meeting Wednesday nights for dinner at different places around the Clear Lake/Galveston area; usually meet around 6:00 pm. http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8064

This week is Abe's Cajun Market and Restaurant
