Downtown Mysterious Bike at Fannin and Dallas

I always see a red cruiser parked by the intersection of Fannin and Dallas.

I'm wondering if anyone here is the owner. I want to know if you pay for your parking there every day :P

Thats the exact address.

1002 1/2 Dallas St
Houston, TX 77003

It is owned by a server at a nearby restaurant. The give uus issues sometimes andiI know he has been given atleast one ticket. It isusually parked by the valet, but the construction took that option.

What about those scooters that park by the trees next to McCormick's?

I have seen them, but do not know any details. If you take the time to talk to some of the garages, they will sometimes be understanding and allow you to park in the dead spaces. On the street you are always subject to a off meter maid.

I think the downtown parking for motorcycles should really be revised, for safety of the rider, the bike and everything.

It definitely does. Houston in general needs to consider and think more of bike laws. (Lane splitting would be nice...)
