2009 Suzuki GSX-R 600 Engine Noise?

The bike has about 20k mileage and it has been running fine. But now it has a weird wooshing noise when it's revved. Feels like it's coming from the left side of the engine but really can't be sure. Bike is still running fine, but I feel like the response is a bit less, but it could be just my mind. Any suggestion on what it could be? I plan on taking it to the shop, but just wanted to know before hand if it's something major.

Here's the link to the noise it's giving: http://youtu.be/qk0f2X-VpA4

Sure doesn't. I know motorcycles makes all types of noise, but I don't recall hearing this type of noise.

explain.. the stator has no moving parts so how can that be the problem unless the bolts are coming loose

sounds like starter clutch related

Possibly one of your header bolts are loose. One of my bikes sounded like that and it was just exhaust leaking at the header that was loose.

didn't listen to his video to see what his sounded like. My 07 started making this whistling sound. Stator went out. Replaced it. No more whistling sound afterward.

Could be my stator come to think of it. Had problems with the battery a week ago when the bike wouldn't start without jumping it. Got a new battery and bike ran fine. Then today morning my FI sign came on and after turning the bike off and turning it back on, it went away. That's when I took the video. But stator doesn't move and it just seems weird for it to make that noise.
