NG leathers, anyone know of them?

A friend of mine is interested in NG or NextGen leathers being sold on ebay. These are one piece and appear to have all the right features. The seller is local to Houston. They are $300 a pair. Has anyone purchased these or have any experience with the leathers or the seller?
Thx,
Mark

Check to make sure that in addition to AT LEAST double stitching, that the seams are also taped or glued, as well as what kind of thread they're using.

Spending thousands of dollars for skin grafts isn't worth saving a couple of hundred bucks on a suit IMO.

That is an expensive suit you had to repair.

vfracer,
Thanks for the opinion. I live in New Braunfels and work in Austin. So does my trackday buddy. We were looking for an opportunity to see the suit before buying. If you take a look please give me your assessment. Patrick's input is excellent and I personally would be a little hesistant on this one since I'm not familiar with it but someone who knows what to look for could give a go/nogo.
For my own leathers I have found that stretch panels in the arms allowing the elbows free movement are important. There should be double leather in the impact zones and double or triple stitch at a minimum. By the way I guess the brand is FAMMZ and it looks like they are made in India, but not sure.
I tried to sell him on the AGV-SP4 suit. CycleMart in Ft Worth has that suit for $450 and I know that is a good suit.
Thx,
Mark
