Nice bike bro !!!!!!!! It would be easier to ask what you need. I have a lot of sportster stuff and a few big twin items.

Well I installed the late model heads and do not see any issues or problems. I installed James base gaskets, cometic head gaskets and torqued the heads, rocker box, set adjustable pushrods. I put some of the kids playdoe in the valve relief and spun the motor over turning the back wheel with bike in gear. Everything seems to look OK.

You probably lost some compression going to those heads from going from the oval to round chamber. People throw buell XB9 pistons in to up compression.

correct sir, I am really confused now, is he running 07 heads or the early buell heads? and if he has the newer 04 and up styled 1200 heads, those are the best heads ever produced for flow by the moco, and according to whatever link he posted , those guys have some way or bracket that makes them bolt on happily and yup, he lost some compression with the combo but now he needs to toss a turbo on it and grin so hard his face hurts.

Late model 07 sportster heads. Have not found the 1/4" off hole yet, motor mount maybe ? Find out soon. Had to order pushrod base adapter for two peice covers n they won't be here till Thursday. Head porting n polishing until then.

I'm using 07 pistons

I have a 99 buell lightning motor complete. Not for sale. Rebuilding I think I hurt a crank bearing not sure. Weird sound coming from bottom end.

your me! thats awesome, motor mount off is nothing to cure! I have 2 piece and 3 piece rocker boxes somewhere around here if you need. You can also use big twin rocker boxes on those heads, thats what I had on mine to clear the big cam lift of rockers.
turbos are cheap, lets do this, I will help you make everything you need, you just pay for materials.

I don't remember having to do anything special when I cleaned mine up, but then again as I recall my '05 didn't have the timing module (or whatever it is) in the cover like the older ones did.

at this stage its easy, I dont think you have the rocker boxes on yet but if so, just loosen, dont remove the rocker boxes to release the spring pressure on the cams, then unbolt cam cover, remove being careful to not let the cams fall out and the chopping of the cam cover is a breeze, just turn upside down and follow the bolt holes and cut right down the wall so to speak. then paint or powder and slip it back on and tighten the rocker boxes.
