If anything, that arm and chain is slowing you down. that stretch is definitely making your radius wider not to mention you probably have a drop on it? Bikes aren't like cars. if you lower it doesn't mean it goes faster through corners. You'd probably be better off getting a busa or a Rocket3 with car tires on it.
