Cbr passenger comfort question

Start off by saying I understand my 2009 600rr is not about comfort heh. When it's financially viable I will move to a better option. Just asking is there anything I can do to make the passenger comfort better. Are there brackets to make the rear pegs more comfortable? Or would that just mess up the balance of the bike or something to that extent.

Thanks for reading! Any comments/info and smack talk welcome

Start with a seat. I replaced both mine and the passenger seat with Corbin seats. She likes it better and I dont know how I ever rode without an aftermarket seat. So much more comfortable. From now on when I get new bikes the seats are going to be the first thing I upgrade.

Lots and lots of squads help greatly.. it is a trend on sport bikes, Yamis, kawis, beemers and all others have the rear pegs jacked up so they're all uncomfortable. I for one will say the rear pillar on the hondas seem to be the most comfortable out of all sport bikes (excluding hyper sports - busas and zx-14's)

Date a shorter man?

Wife and I had the same problem (passenger uncomfortable). Best solution was to buy a cruiser. Although now I'm thinking busa.

Buddy of mine had a busa. He had 2 other bikes as well. So the wife and I would take his busa for 2up rides. She said it was the most comfortable sportbike she had ridden on. The most comfortable for me as well while having a passenger on. Great bikes for comfort.

I hear ya. My goal is the zx14 just not the smartest thing for me to do right now. Drop a buncha money. The 2010 zx14 is where they started the traction control etc I think, so I would want that year or more recent.. So $$$$
Ughh.

Correct, that 650 has a banana seat, even though it is a twin it has decent power and gives you great fuel mileage. Insurance is dirt cheap and she will be comfortable on it. Now if you're going for the glory I'd suggest not to deviate from the honda as you can convince her by showing it has a bigger rear than other SSs.
some hondas even have a rear handle/rear spoiler if you will..

Seat bar

I did add this and it helps a bunch because she can sit up and hold on during straights. Also nice to tie down on
