glad I'm riding it Monday....that's a of master plan community. Probably will generate more money in a year than TWS (Texas World Speedway) does over 10 years (I'm pulling that figure out of my ).

top $$$ takes the cake....unless Halffast can make it a historical site. I want in on the engineering design fee for that community if it takes off. lol

This isnt the first time TWS (Texas World Speedway) has been threaten with a subdivision. Dont know if this time there is teeth to the threat, though.
Happened when I was in college there, and kind of fizzled out.
