Hello - From Sugar Land/Alief

Hi! I am a first time bike rider here in the Sugar Land/Alief area.

I do not currently own a bike, in the process of saving up for one, which would be a decent one for a short beginner girl rider like me - Kawasaki Ninja 300. I'm really excited to start this new lifestyle but at the same time nervous. I just completed my first day with MSF course, so stoked about that! From what I've been seeing and reading, everyone seems to be really nice and friendly here so any advice, tips, would be great!

Thanks!

Welcome and congrats on completing your MSG course. Thé 300 is définitely a great beginners bike to start with, lots of room for learning.

Welcome aboard. I grew up in the Alief area and went to Elsik. Although all that was probably before you were a sparkle in your daddy's eye. lol

Welcome aboard and congrats on completing the MSF course! Just keep in mind you do not learn everything you need to know to be safe out there in MSF. It is a good start! Be safe.

Another "no brainer" from the cruiser gallery. Go get your M license endorsement while everything is still fresh in your head. Will make it a lot easier when you want to take a demo ride somewhere.
Ride safely.

Welcome. From sugar land as well. You should definately come out to the central meet and get to know some people even if you dont have you own bike yet. Good opportunity to make some new friends in the bike community and ask questions before you commit to a purchase of a certain type of bike. A group of us usually gets together to ride out from the sl area to ride out together, pm me if you are interested in going with us.

Definitely! Of course I would want to wait to get my bike first, practice it for awhile to get use to the streets before advancing up like that. I'll PM you and update you!
