I got all the parts in. Everything fit except R6 caliper. I will ether grind on it some or try to find another caliper that will work. Here is a shot with the wheels on though.

That looks sweet. You're gonna shred on a light bike!! If that R6 caliper doesn't work, try to look for the FTE caliper by beringer off the KTM SMR. I heard they are "OK," definitely better than the 2 pot you were using on the Husky. I'm not sure if that caliper is 100mm or 108mm though.

I still have the dirt wheels and a KTM 125sx that needs to be finished up. I am not writing off dirt as of yet.

I shaved down the caliper and bracket to clear the spokes. I think stopping will not be a problem with this set up.

Alex (ktm 530 at GSS) and I both have the trx450 masters on our stock 2 piston dirt calipers. Indeed it feels firmer than the stock master. I don't love it, but I like it. Alex is much more satisfied than I am with it. I'm not sure if it would be big enough to work with that killer caliper you have. It could be though. Both of our trx masters were $50 on ebay and look almost new.

My plan was to get a 4 piston (2 or 4 pad) axial style Brembo from an older aprilia/ducati. Some guy Kevtec over in the UK sells a bracket to use that caliper with the ktm axial fork leg. But in the end, I don't think I'll end up getting the bigger caliper. I wasn't feeling any fade at GSS which surprised me. Once I get a stickier tire and get faster with some practice, I'm sure I'll need an upgrade.

I went ahead and ordered a Brembo Rcs 15. I have always just pieced together bikes with used or lesser equipment, not this time. It may be overkill, but that's what this is all about sometimes.

Finished up the brake system with a New Brembo RCS15 that showed up today. I also installed the new catch can for the oil. I have another one for the coolant that I still need to hook up. I took it for a ride around the block. It is a blast. I can't wait to get to GSS.
